Jog Falls created by the Sharavathi River falling from a height of 253 m (830 ft) is the second-highest after the Nohkalikai Falls with a height of 1100 feet (335 metres) in Meghalaya) plunge waterfall in India Located in Sagara, Karnataka Shivamogga District of Karnataka state, these segmented falls are a major tourist attraction.
